			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I visited the Wildfowl &#038; Wetlands Trust site at <a href=http://www.wwt.org.uk/visit-us/martin-mere">Martin Mere</a> today with a group from the <a href="http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/">Talk Photography</a> forum.  Although the light wasn&#8217;t fantastic we all had a great time and came away with some acceptable photos.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had seen this Kestrel a few times sat on top of telegraph poles.  I returned when the light was good and waited and it didn&#8217;t take long before the bird turned up.  I drove past it slightly, so the light would be behind me and illuminating the bird, carefully got out of the Land Rover.  As soon as the bird saw me it took flight but I managed to get a short sequence of shots, this being the second one.  This was the first day out with the new 7D, the autofocus is superb.</p>
